Melt away in Mint Velvet. The materials used on their clothing are always so lovely and cosy! I have to admit, Mint Velvet is one of those shops that I always admire from the window but never really venture inside. My mum has recently purchased a couple of items from them and they remind me of a more older generation of AllSaints, all neutral colours that ooze style.
In yesterday's blog, I mentioned that we went shopping in Cobham and mum and I popped into the very inviting entrance.
I was drawn to the sale rail as I have been quite naughty with purchases this month (I probably shouldn't have even entered, I know) There were some lovely crop jeans, that I had to try on. Luckily for me, I have a very delightful mother, who decided to treat me- and they were a bargain after all!!
These trousers were reduced from £59 to £39 and I'm afraid they no longer have them online, but they do have them in the Cobham shop, so if you like them, they could have them in your local shop- like I said, I only bought them yesterday!
Mum also bought a lovely top that was in the sale, I recommend having a look online because there are certainly some deals to be had!
I teamed my outfit with my good old faithful asos shoes, which I wear everywhere that requires flats, they were part of Pixie Lott's collection for them a couple of years ago. I have worn this scarf all weekend, again, I bought it a couple of years ago from River Island but they always have similar ones in stock. Silk scarves aren't the cosiest, but I always get asked about this one when I wear it and I think it can make an outfit stand out. They have loads on there at the moment but this one is probably most similar.
As always, I have my Alex Monroe bee necklace and I am wearing a fairly standard black turtle neck, perfect for the more chilly days.
I hope you have all had a beautiful weekend!
Love Life,
Emma xxx
