I had work in the day, so we arrived Saturday evening in record time.
We entered to an amazing 3-course meal and great hospitality and after a game of late night cricket (to which I observed with the girls) we all ‘hit the sack’.
Sunday meant relaxation, I was feeling exhausted after a weeklong make-up course and a first-day, helping out at a beauty salon, so this lie in felt well overdue.
When we arose we had a selection of scummy breakfast options, after snacking on some homemade muesli I lounged around and played with my gorgeous nieces.
Eventually, it is time for me to have a shower and get ready for a walk in the country.
The views were stunning and it was so peaceful!
I think we saw one car for the entire walk, and I saw lots of horse riders hacking out, which got me very jealous- what a beautiful place to have on our riding doorstep.
We headed back after working up an appetite, for another gorgeous homemade meal and scrummy pud!
We headed off fairly soon after lunch for our long drive back but it may have been short but it was most definitely sweet.
Outfit Top- Zara Jeans- Zara (these are meant to be worn baggy as boyfriend jeans, but I liked the rips and not the bagginess so I bought them tight) Pahmina- Market Shoes- ASOS I hope that you all got some R&R at the weekend... and if you didn't, you only have to wait one more day to make up for it!
