Happy Sunday! I was going to use today's blog to write about my trip to London last weekend, but then I thought.. What better day to write about Lush.. than a Sunday! Sunday's are all about taking some me time (for me anyway), and yesterday I took a trip out to Windsor with my mum and my nan and paid my first visit to Lush. Now, I felt the same way as a lot of you, at first the smell can be overpowering and I think it put me off slightly, I normally think 'what an earth could be better than popping into my local Jo Malone and picking out some divine bath scents, while having a relaxing hand and arm massage?' Well, let me tell you, this was quite the experience. I knew that I wanted to get the King of Skin body butter because I have heard such great things about it and I wanted something easy to use to moisturise my entire body without fuss. My skin (especially my legs) gets very dry and when I was little my skin was extremely sensitive. So for my first shop, I wanted to try some products that

King of Skin is already my new favourite thing, it really is amazing! Once I had taken a nice long soak in my Honey Bee bath bomb, I patted dry my skin and then rubbed the bar all over (it was so much easier than a moisturiser dispenser. My skin felt instantly smooth and the cocoa butter and banana has made my skin feel so silky- I am REALLY impressed- and compared to somewhere like Jo Malone, this product is relatively cheap.
Honey Bee is the product that looks a little like a tennis ball. The smell is so gorgeous and not overpowering at all. I liked to use this once I was already in the bath, so I could thoroughly appreciate the experience! I just love the sound they make! (As I mentioned earlier, I couldn't use these when I was little, so excuse me being such a big kid about the whole thing!)
This was a steal at only £3.35 and it mainly contains: obviously honey, soothing aloe vera, refreshing orange oil and rhassoul mud. As I mentioned earlier, my skin feels truly amazing and everyone that went into the bathroom after me commented on how lovely it smelt.
Seriously guys.. I just can't get over how soft my skin feels!
So if you aren't already a Lush groupie, you should go and try there stuff out- I have now been told the shampoo there is incredible, so that my be my next purchase?!
Love Life,
