I spent my Sunday lounging around doing some of my favourite things. My Sunday started with a lay-in followed by getting ready and slipping into my comfy clothes- this usually consists of soft and stretchy materials. I also like to let my skin breathe if I have no plans, I like to give it a really good clean and then leave it to see the day.
Skin Care Routine:
Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel
Temple Spa Toning Essence
Clarins HydraQuench Lotion with SPF15
My partner and I went to Petersham Nurseries, where he treated me to a lovely hot chocolate and a lemon and poppyseed cake in their gorgeous greenhouse- it was delicious! The sun came out whilst we were sitting eating and it was like a moment of summertime bliss, it got so hot in there!
If you've not been before then I recommend that you pay it a visit, all the interior design is like my dream home goals.
It has a luxury feel to it and does cater for the most opulent of guests, however, really it is just a very stunning garden centre (oooooh, did I just say that!)
After our relaxed afternoon we headed home for some lunch, Ed made the dinner while I slobbed out on the sofa trying to up my social media game for my blog (I'm thinking of making my own Facebook page for it so people can easily see new links without having to go through my personal page, what do you think?)
As it grew dark, we went outside with snacks, drinks and a blanket and chatted by the chiminea. After a stunning meal we ended the day with a movie in bed- PERFECT!
Please do excuse the no make-up, pale look but as I said, it's make-up free day on Sundays! Outfit: Wrap- M&S (I'm always in this at the weekend) Cowl neck top- LK Bennett Jeans- Great Plains from Betty & Claude Rucksack- Longchamp Shoes- ASOS Below is a picture of my ideal interior design for a kitchen or dining area - quite rustic, I think you'll agree! |
I hope you've all had a good week and have a superbly fabulous weekend!
Oh, and I'm on half term now and I have some really exciting things planned, so keep your eyes peeled :)
Love Life,
